Confidential Policy
At the NSBEC, we have value added of our relationships with prospective Stake Holders, Employees, Vendors, Suppliers, Sub contractor, Agents, Applicants, Clients, Lessees and Borrowers (Users), and we hold all information of Users in confidential. We are committed to providing end users with a secure and confidential environment, one that respects the users’ right to privacy and security to the fullest extent provided by our technology.

We fully appreciate & recognize the importance of protecting the confidentiality of all users.

Accordingly, we will not use information that provide to the Stake Holders, Employees/ Vendors/ Suppliers/ Subcontractor/ Agents/ Shop/ Employee/ Supplier/ Vendor/Site to send end users unsolicited communication, nor will such information be sold, traded, or shared with any third party, including advertisers, organizations, or other users, with the following specific exceptions:

  • Information you provide to us via our electronic media with other entities in such instances where NSBEC is legally or contractually required to do so for the purpose of issuing credit;
  • Information you provide to us via our electronic media where NSBEC is required to share with lenders and leasing plan participants for the purpose of granting credit to users;
  • Information about an applicant or client used by NSBEC in the course of dealings with that user outside the website, such as Customer Service or Credit Processing, including phone, letter, and/or in person;
  • Information that NSBEC in good faith determines must be disclosed to correct what we believe to be false or misleading information or to address activities that we believe to be manipulative or deceptive;


With use of the system, we automatically capture the IP address and host name (if available) of the user’s originating server. The IP address identifies the computer that a user is accessing NSBEC from, but does not reveal any personal information about the user. To improve the quality of our site and enhance its many features, our site does collect data about site traffic and page use. Our site does track the type of browsers that visit and how often, and in what sequence, our pages are viewed. From time to time NSBEC may publish information about activity on our site using aggregated information that will not include the identities of users.

WARRANTY
NSBEC (Seller) warrants that the parts and equipment described herein, but only insofar as it is of Seller’s design and manufacture or Seller’s subcontractor manufacture, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of delivery (“warranty period”) or 18 months from the date of purchase, whichever is earlier.

All equipment or parts manufactured by or for Seller’s vendors carry only the warranty given by the manufacturer thereof which warranty Seller will make available to the extent permissible to Buyer without recourse to Seller. If within the warranty period Seller receives written notice promptly after the discovery of any defect in the material or workmanship, in the equipment or parts warranted by Seller herein, Seller shall correct each such defect, at Seller’s option, whether by

  • Making available F.O.B. Seller’s plant repair or replacement parts;
  • Repairing any defective parts; or
  • Accept the return of the defective equipment or parts and refund the purchase price.


Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein,

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Liability of Seller under this warranty is conditioned upon the parts or equipment being assembled, erected, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with instructions provided or approved by Seller. Seller makes no warranties which extend to damage to the equipment or parts due to deterioration or wear occasioned by chemicals, abrasion, corrosion or erosion; Buyer’s improper assembly, installation, erection, operation, maintenance; abnormal conditions of temperature or dirt; or operation of the equipment or parts above rated capacities or in an otherwise improper manner. Seller’s sole responsibility for defects in material and workmanship in equipment and parts, and Buyer’s exclusive remedy hereunder, shall be limited as above provided.

DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICY

Defective believed may be returned for warranty consideration subject to the following conditions:

  • All returns must be transported/shipped freight prepaid, marked with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and be accompanied by a copy of the duly filled in format of RMA provided by NSBEC
  • Contact your nearest NSBEC Customer Service Representative to discuss the need for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). It may be possible to resolve your concern without an RMA.
  • Have the following information available for your discussion:
    • Part number and description.
    • Quantity of items.
    • Date of receipt of the parts or equipment.
    • Your purchase order number and date of purchase.
  • Provide your Customer Service Representative with a description of the claimed defect in material or workmanship.
  • All parts or equipment approved for return with a written RMA are subject to factory inspection and evaluation to determine if the warranty claim is valid.
  • If parts or equipment are found to be defective in accordance with the NSBEC warranty; appropriate repair, replacement or credit will be determined by your NSBEC Customer Service representative.
  •  NSBEC will not accept nor be responsible for equipment or parts returned without appropriate Return Material Authorization (RMA) documentation.
  • No items will be credited after one (1) year from date of invoice.
  • Electrical components and special order items are non returnable.
  • All returns may be reviewed for exchange authorization for other equipment or parts of equal value. If goods are not exchanged, they are subject to a twenty (20%) restocking fee. Products must be new and in resalable condition.
  • Any costs incurred by NSBEC to restore such goods to first class condition will be charged to the customer.


HOW TO ORDER PARTS OR EQUIPMENT FROM THIS MANUAL
This manual is intended to be used in conjunction with your NSBEC Operation & Maintenance Manual or your Service Manual. This is the manual that includes the machine serial number machine description and service drawings for the various components of your machine.

Selection of the correct or best choice of parts or equipment from this manual requires knowledge of the following items:

  • Type of equipment.
  • Type of application.
  • Type of abrasive being used.
  • Parts & equipment in use on your equipment at this time.


If you need assistance with your selection, contact your nearest NSBEC sales or service representative or your NSBEC Customer Service Representative. They will be glad to help you review your needs and make suggestions for your particular operation.

TECHNICAL SERVICE FOR NSBEC EQUIPMENT
NSBEC offers technical service support from strategically located service representative. These representatives can set up the following:

  • Provide Operational and maintenance training
  • Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs
  • Inspection of machine
  • Correct the settings/adjustments
  • Execute minor repairs or major repairs, equipment modifications, equipment upgrades, machine relocations and machine installations.
  • Contact your local NSBEC representative or customer service representative for more information.


SAFETY SIGNS

  • NSBEC offers a broad range of safety signs that have been developed for surface preparation machines.
  • For the safety purposes, it is important to provide the proper indication of warning with respect to probable risk while operating the equipment and to be present in vicinity of equipment.
  • Your machine may have missing or damaged signs that should be replaced.
  • Observe and inspect your equipment and determine what types of risks exist and what type of warning signs you will need.
  • Review the list of available signs below and consult with your Customer Service Representative for pricing and availability.
  • If you need assistance with machine inspection and risk evaluation, NSBEC offers a contract inspection service that includes a review of all safety devices and warning sign usage.
